Creating visuals for use with the SMART Board (or any interactive whiteboard) is invaluable to all students, especially those with learning challenges or our ESL students. Many free quality pre-created visuals are available for you to download when you Google: Jack Hartmann Power Points. The book, Digital Footsteps also give many more tips for using and developing visuals for the elementary classroom. Songforteaching.com is a great website for discovering a variety of music, books, and more teaching stuff! They will be selling Digital Footsteps, in e-book format soon!
